Charroux is located in the valley of the Sioule River and is known for its medieval buildings and narrow streets. It is part of “les Plus Beaux Villages de France.” In this charming village, you can still find many artisanal products such as oil, mustard, jams, glass etching, sculpture, painters’ studios, candle makers, and potters. Walking through the cobbled streets and alleys, you can discover all these crafts while also enjoying the cafés and restaurants housed in traditional timber-framed buildings.
