Asian Cooking with Veerle – a Flavorful Experience!

Hello, I’m Veerle Hooghe, mother of Paulien (16) and a passionate hobby cook. You’ll often find me with a cookbook in the garden, enjoying a glass of wine with friends in the sunshine – but most of all in my kitchen in Meise, equipped with a wok and sushi rolling mats.

More than thirty years ago, I traveled to Thailand for the first time and instantly fell in love with the country and its cuisine. Since then, Asian cooking has been my greatest passion alongside my full-time job. It gives me great joy to share this love through my Asian cooking workshops, where I take you on a culinary journey through Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, and China.

And now… I’m just as excited to be hosting a workshop in France! It’s wonderful to be able to share my passion with new faces at a fantastic location.

Relax in the swimming pool, let your stress melt away in the sauna, or enjoy the cozy hot tub. For the ultimate indulgence, you can book a soothing massage. Looking for some activity? We also offer archery, darts, and pétanque.

Accommodation and Facilities
